Still they:
- Cannot give the root cause
- Cannot tell when the connection will be restored?
- Cannot tell when will the people come and fix it
And today.. ANAK NG PUTA KAYO!
As I quotang ina 'naka assign na po sa technician ung issue. SILA PO ANG MADEDECIDE KUNG KAILAN NILA KAYO PUPUNTAHAN'
Eh PUTANG INA NYO PALA EH!!
Pag na-late lang ng ilang araw sa pagbayad ambilis nyo magbigay ng notice of disconnection. Ang malupit pa nun putol na bago pa matanggap ung notice.
Dapat baguhin nyo na ang pamamalakad, proseso at kultura nyo. Ano pa at tinawag kayong service provider kung ganyan ang serbisyo nyo.
And I am keeping myself from indicating the name of the assigned technician. I still have that respect for the individual kind of thing...
