PLDT as always, has no answer to our queries regarding the so called 'problem' in our area.
Since Friday night or Saturday we are not able to connect to the internet.
Q1. What is the problem?

Q3. Can we ask for a rebate?
- Sir we can not verify that as of this time. You can call billing tomorrow.
I got the ticket number for the incident.
